Payment Policy
We accept payments in cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. Payment must be made on the day of service.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand unexpected events can happen, but cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not accepted. Changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service. In case of any unforeseen event, customers are encouraged to contact us so we can review the situation and make the best possible decision for both parties.
Quality Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, our team will return to redo the service at no additional charge.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for preparing the area adequately before service delivery and informing us of any special conditions or pre-existing damage that may affect service performance.
